It doesn't end, it just gets better
Workplace Culture Development, Veterinary Clinic, Professional Offices
As a busy professional, the last thing you want is to have something added to your to-do list. How would it feel if you could remove things from your to-do list. That's exactly what happens when you develop the art of leadership.

Are you all running in the same direction?
You've practiced hard to get where you are. You've spent countless hours studying, being rated, ranked, judged and criticized. You've made mistakes and finally developed a higher level of proficiency. The next step is to pass it on and enjoy the rewards of your hard work.
Learn from the best
Being from Indiana originally, I have always been a big basketball fan. My favorite team for many years was the Chicago Bulls, led by Phil Jackson. As a team, and with the outstanding skill and leadership of Phil, Michael Jordan, Scotty Pippen, Steve Kerr and all of the other great players on the team, they won 6 NBA Championships.
Phil is an artist. He carried his art to California and continued to demonstrate how to win championships. It has been incredible to watch.
I have found artists in the veterinary industry also
As a sales rep, I was in the offices of hundreds of veterinary clinics during my many years in the industry. As I was working on my graduate work in psychology, the relationships I had developed in those clinics took on a new meaning. I could recognize the art that some of the managers (not all veterinarians) were exhibiting naturally, every day. Who they were caused their clinics to be a reflection of their personality and art.
My work now revolves around helping artists find a way to express their art in their organizations. I teach them how to develop a structure, where everyone can develop independently and come together as a group, making sure that they're all running in the same direction.
With a cultural structure in place, all of this is possible.
